These Terms and Conditions (“Loyalty Terms”) govern the NEMO Rewards loyalty program (the “Program”) operated by New Mobility Services Inc. (“NEMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Loyalty Terms.
1. Program Overview
NEMO Rewards is a loyalty program that allows customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for discounts on future services. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free.
2. Eligibility
To participate in NEMO Rewards, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid NEMO customer account
- Provide a valid email address
- Be a resident of our service area (Greater Boston)
NEMO reserves the right to refuse Program participation to anyone at our discretion.
3. How to Earn Points
Earning Rate: You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
Qualifying Purchases:
- Bike repair services (standard, e-bike, cargo bike)
- Parts and accessories purchased from NEMO
- Service add-ons (tire swaps, bike builds, etc.)
Non-Qualifying Purchases:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Taxes and shipping fees
- Purchases made with 100% discount codes or vouchers
- Refunded or cancelled orders
Sign-Up Bonus: New members receive a one-time bonus of 250 points upon account creation.
Timing: Points are credited to your account after the service is completed and payment is processed. Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
4. How to Redeem Points
Redemption:
- 500 points = $10 off a qualifying purchase
Redemption Rules:
- Points can be redeemed at the time of service with your mechanic
- You can only redeem points in the increments listed above
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with certain promotional offers
- Minimum purchase amounts may apply
- Points must be redeemed before payment is processed

5. Point Expiration
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. An account is considered inactive if there is no qualifying purchase activity for 24 consecutive months. If your account becomes inactive, we will notify you via email 30 days before points expire, giving you an opportunity to keep your account active.
6. Account Terms
One Account Per Customer: Each customer is limited to one NEMO Rewards account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at our discretion.
Non-Transferable: Points and accounts are non-transferable. You cannot transfer points to another person, sell points, or allow others to use your account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Account Closure: If you close your NEMO customer account, you will forfeit all unredeemed points. Points cannot be transferred or cashed out upon account closure.
7. Important Disclaimers
Points Have No Cash Value: NEMO Rewards points are promotional credits with no cash value. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.
Points Are Not Property: Points are a promotional benefit granted by NEMO at our sole discretion. You do not own your points, and they are not your property.
No Guarantee of Availability: NEMO does not guarantee that any particular service or product will be available for redemption.
System Errors: In the event of a technical error that credits or debits points incorrectly, NEMO reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your point balance. We will notify you if a material correction is made to your account.
8. Program Changes and Termination
Right to Modify: NEMO reserves the right to modify these Loyalty Terms, including the point earning rate, redemption values, qualifying purchases, or any other aspect of the Program, at any time with 30 days’ advance notice.
Right to Terminate: NEMO reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the NEMO Rewards program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. If the Program is terminated, we will provide 30 days’ notice and allow members to redeem existing points during that period.
9. Fraud and Abuse
The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of points, and/or legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to earn extra points
- Using unauthorized discount codes or exploiting system errors
- Making fraudulent purchases or chargebacks to earn points
- Sharing, selling, or trading points or accounts
- Any activity designed to manipulate or abuse the Program
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- NEMO is not liable for any lost, stolen, or incorrectly credited points
- NEMO is not responsible for technical errors, system downtime, or failures that prevent you from earning or redeeming points
- NEMO’s total liability under these Loyalty Terms shall not exceed the dollar value of points in your account at the time of the claim
Disputes: Any dispute regarding points earned or redeemed must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
11. Privacy
Your participation in NEMO Rewards is subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. General Terms
Governing Law: These Loyalty Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Entire Agreement: These Loyalty Terms, together with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NEMO regarding the Program.
