EMERGENCY BIKE REPAIR PROGRAM
Employees and graduate students at Longwood Collective member institutions in the Longwood Medical Area — including Boston Children's Hospital, Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel Deaconess, Dana-Farber, Harvard Medical School, and others — get free on-demand bike repair through NEMO.
1. Register or sign in at GoMassCommute.
2. Select "Rewards" from the left menu and claim your NEMO Bike Repair benefit.
3. Once you receive your code, text your full name AND code to NEMO at 857-847-6366 to arrange your repair.
Service is available Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM. The service call and 1 spare tube are covered. Any additional parts needed are charged seperately at the time of your repair.
Your unique code is valid for 3 free emergency repairs.
