1. Book an appointment online. Tell us what's wrong (or just that something feels off). We'll diagnose it on arrival. 2. A mechanic comes to you. Home, office, apartment lobby, bike room — wherever your e-bike lives. 3. Fixed on the spot. Most repairs done in 30-60 minutes. If we need a part we don't carry, we order it and schedule a return visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work on all e-bike brands?

Yes. We service Rad Power, Specialized, Trek, Giant, Tern, VanMoof, Aventon, Lectric, and all other major brands. If it has a motor and pedals, we can work on it.

Can you fix my e-bike battery?

We troubleshoot charging problems, fix connector issues, and diagnose error codes. We don't open battery packs or do cell-level rebuilds. If your battery needs replacement, we'll help you source the right one and install it.

What about electric scooters?

No, we do not currently service electric scooters. We recommend Central Scoot in Cambridge.

How fast can you get to me?

Check our calendar to see when the next available appointment is. Same-day service is often available. On-demand service is available for select corporate programs.

Is $105 for the visit, or per hour?

$105 is a flat visit fee covering the mechanic's time, travel, and standard diagnostics. Parts are additional.

Do you service e-cargo bikes?

Absolutely. We dispatch on eCargo bikes ourselves (Tern GSD), so we know them inside and out. Cargo bikes are our specialty.
